Pickups (04:00–05:30)
Be ready in the lobby. Drivers sweep Hue City first, then Phu Bai/Lang Co. You’ll receive a live location pin 10 minutes before arrival.

Vietnam exit
At Lao Bao, hand passports to our fixer. They manage the queues, stamp your exit slip, and capture photos of the exit stamp for our visa desk.

Dansavanh (Laos)
Follow the fixer across no-man’s land. Pay the VOA fee (USD cash) if required, collect the Laos entry + exit stamp, then head back to the Vietnamese gate.

Back into Vietnam
Share a clear photo of your new Vietnam entry stamp with us immediately. That proof triggers your 90-day E-Visa or push request.

Lunch + return
Lunch stop in Dong Ha (or enjoy the packed meal). We fuel up and continue along QL9/QL1 back to Hue. Expect home drop-offs by 16:00–17:00.

E-Visa follow-up
Watch WhatsApp/email for confirmation that your E-Visa was submitted or pushed. Rush tiers ping you again once the approval PDF lands.
